About Me

My name is Doug Hensel, I am a freelance fly fishing photographer and a US Army infantry combat veteran. Currently I work for Veteran Affairs helping combat veterans get mental health help through VA services. After getting out of the Army I picked up fly fishing as a form of recovery while in the transition of getting out the Army and back into the civilian work force.
